We do not sell personal information.

3. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run our business:

  • Squarespace: website hosting, forms, file uploads and newsletter list

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies for essential Site functions, for analytics (Google Analytics), for CRM tracking (HubSpot), for advertising measurement (Google Ads) and for spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Some Site features may not work without cookies. Where the law requires consent before non-essential cookies are set, we will ask for it.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or provide a copy of your personal information, to stop sending you marketing, or to withdraw a consent you gave. Depending on where you live (for example, the European Union, the United Kingdom or certain U.S. states), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

To make a request, email info@raptny.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before acting and respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

7. International visitors

RAPT is based in the United States and serves clients in New York, Connecticut, Miami and Amsterdam. Information you provide is processed in the United States. For visitors covered by EU or UK law, we process personal information to take steps you request before entering a contract with us, to perform that contract, with your consent (for example, for newsletters and non-essential cookies), or for our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and running our business. Our service providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted access, password-protected pages and established service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
